I moved to Longmont in October and was excited to try the Mexican restaurants in the area. Up until I tried Rosas Cantina I was a bit disappointed. Rosas is amazing authentic Mexican cuisine. We love this place. Overall, 5 stars. It seems the meat portions got smaller. What is disappointing, but still great flavors. Great Ceviche and interesting Margaritas. They were a little on the sweet side today but are usually really good, too. Fun atmosphere, always busy.
There are lots of Mexican restaurants in Longmont and most of them are hole in the wall places but Rosa Cantina is the upscale type serving more refined Mexican dishes. The servers are friendly and helpful. The foods are nicely presented and tasty.
Drove here from Fort Collins and so glad I did. It was delicious! From start to finish. Love the esthetic inside, our waiter was great, and it was priced appropriately. Cant wait to come back!
First time here. Yum! Very accommodating to my service dog which is always appreciated. I tried the cucumber mint jalapeno margarita. So good. We filled up on tacos fries avocado mahi and steak. Will do this again on repeat. Thanks for a great meal.
